About the Association
Balancing medical quality and convenience to build a trustworthy foundation for digital care in society.
Online and digital medical care hold great potential to expand access to healthcare beyond geographic and temporal constraints. Yet amid this rapid adoption, some inappropriate practices that fail to adequately ensure medical quality and safety have emerged, posing a risk of eroding the trust of both patients and clinicians.
Rather than waiting for regulatory frameworks to be designed by the government, our association establishes private-sector standards that balance medical quality and convenience, grounded in the pace and real-world conditions of clinical practice. We aim to correct inappropriate practices and build a sustainable healthcare infrastructure that patients, clinicians, and society can mutually trust.
Two Pillars
Establishing and disseminating frontline-driven standards for digital care
Grounded in the realities and pace of clinical practice, we formulate private-sector standards that balance safety and convenience. By codifying frontline-proven best practices into standards and disseminating them across the industry, we steadily broaden the reach of safe digital healthcare.
Evidence-based policy advocacy grounded in real frontline data
Building on empirical evidence drawn from clinical practice, we advance strategic and constructive policy proposals. With quantitative grounds, we engage relevant ministries, local governments, and partner organizations to advance sustainable systems for both patients and clinicians.
