Our Activities
From standardization and dissemination to certification and policy advocacy — we advance six initiatives as one.
Formulating & updating guidelines
We formulate guidelines for the appropriate operation of online medical care from a private-sector, frontline perspective, and update them continuously as technology and regulations evolve.
Disseminating guidelines
We broadly communicate the guidelines to medical institutions and providers, supporting their implementation and adoption through training, materials, and seminars.
Monitoring & certification programs
We build and operate mechanisms to monitor guideline compliance, along with third-party certification programs that ensure appropriate operation.
Public outreach
We conduct awareness and outreach activities for patients, companies, municipalities, and other stakeholders to promote correct understanding and appropriate use of online medical care.
Advancing data standardization
We promote the standardization of clinical data to improve interoperability, contributing to the foundational infrastructure for safe and efficient digital healthcare.
Policy advocacy & lobbying
With quantitative grounds based on real frontline data, we conduct policy advocacy and lobbying toward relevant ministries, local governments, and partner organizations.
